Yes
Is FlexPay EPP
mounted on
bracket/dispenser
correctly?
Yes or No
Remove FlexPay
EPP from bracket/
dispenser
and reinstall. Ensure
that you tighten all 4
screws
Does the
message still
indicate "Not
Activated"?
No
Reactivate
FlexPay EPP
Complete WRMA Part Card,
attach to bad FlexPay EPP
and replace FlexPay EPP
Start-up and Service
Tighten all 4
screens and
check again
Test Debit
