DIAGRAM OF A DISMANTLED ( C.B. ) CHARLES BERGONZO NOZZLE (WITHOUT PIN)
Nozzle rating data:
Flow rate kg/h
Spray angle (30° - 45° - 60° - 80°)
Output ratio (1/3 = B3 - 1/5 = B5)
Fuel outlet hole
For the nozzle to operate properly, its "return" section must never be completely closed. This condition must be implemented properly
when igniting the burner for the first time. In practice when the nozzle is operating at the maximum desired output, the difference
between "delivery" to nozzle (pump pressure) and "return" from nozzle (pressure at the return pressure regulator) pressure must
be at least 2 ÷ 3 bar.
Example
BALTUR HP POMP COMPONENTS....
Fuel outlet
Pump pressure 20 bar
Return pressure 20 - 2 = 18 bar
Return pressure 20 - 3 = 17 bar
15 / 44
0006080103_201309
Viton seal ring
This condition must be properly created
when igniting the burner for the first time.
Fuel inlet
Fuel return hole
Pump pressure 22 bar
Return pressure 22 - 3 = 19 bar
Return pressure 22 - 2 = 20 bar
