TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The cooking plate, referred to from now on as the ap-
pliance, is designed and produced for cooking foods
in direct contact with the plate in the professional ca-
tering sector.
Main Parts
A)Cooking plate: in stainless steel.
B)Fume exhaust vent (Type A): for removal of the
fumes generated by the burner.
C)Burner control knob: controls the supply of gas to
the burner.
D)Piezoelectric ignition: lights the burner.
E)Inspection hatch: for accessing the pilot light.
F)Gas supply connection: for connecting the gas sup-
ply.
G)Flue Deflector: acts as heat shield for rear wall that is
combustible. ( See pag. 14).
