Feed new high limit switch through sleeve.

Apply AOS Silicon to high limit probe, and install to

platen.
Install high limit bracket to secure the probe to the

platen.
Install main platen bolts, and spacers onto unit. DO
15
NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLTS.

Remove/Replace High Limit Switch (Cont..)
Install Intermediate support from platen. This will

include (2) screws, (4) spacers, and (1) heat guard.
Tip: It will be easier to install the top first, then the
bottom.
Reinstall (4) 3/8" nuts, (4) springs, and (4) washers on
17
left side of unit
Tighten main platen bolts.

Install Red/Black wires onto high limit switch.
