Remove/Replace Club Gear Transfer Belt (Cont..)
Tuck excess wire slack so it does not get pinched

Put belt on club transfer gear.

Align club shafts with bearing holes.

Wrap belt over shaft drive gear.

Push down club assy into unit evenly.

Use 11/32" nut driver to attach (4) main club assy nuts.

Hook cover sheet over terminal block.

Use 11/32" nut driver to install back terminal cover top

Use flathead screw driver to install bottom back cover

Use 5/32" T handle to install (2) club platen bolts.

Use 11/32" nut driver to install front cover top nut.

Use flathead screw driver to install front cover bottom

screw.
Lift club tensioner arms.

Install both club belts.

Close tensioner arms and club latch.

Install left side panel.

Plug in unit.
