13. Whether replacing motor or variable speed pulley inspect collet, draw bolt
and motor shaft for burrs and remove them. New variable speed pulleys come
with a collet. If installing new motor, key on motor shaft is not needed. (Note:
when properly installed, pulley does not require a key to drive the unit.)
14. Before installing pulley onto shaft check to see collet, lock washer and
draw bolt are assembled properly.
