Note
On Intel Apollo Lake SoC, the signals marked with asterisks (**) have native voltage levels that are different from the levels defined in the COM
Express Specification. To comply with the COM Express Specification, the signals are routed through bidirectional level shifters on the module.
The bidirectional level shifters by nature have limited driving strenght. congatec therefore recommends that you route these signals as short
as possible.

Pin # Description
A30 High Definition Audio Reset: This signal is the master hardware reset to
external codec(s).
A29 High Definition Audio Sync: This signal is a 48 kHz fixed rate sample sync to
the codec(s). It is also used to encode the stream number.
A32 High Definition Audio Bit Clock Output: This signal is a 24.000 MHz serial data
clock generated by the Intel
A33 High Definition Audio Serial Data Out: This signal is the serial TDM data
output to the codec(s). This serial output is double-pumped for a bit rate of 48
Mb/s for Intel High Definition Audio.

B30 High Definition Audio Serial Data In [0]: This signal is a serial TDM data input
from the codec. The serial input is single-pumped for a bit rate of 24 Mb/s for
Intel High Definition Audio.

A13 Gigabit Ethernet Controller 0: Media Dependent Interface Differential Pairs 0, 1, 2, 3. The MDI can operate
A12 in 1000, 100, and 10 Mbit/sec modes. Some pairs are unused in some modes according to the following:
