I/O Link overruns corrective actions

Depending upon the application, one or more of the following actions may be appropriate.
Avoid using IOP resident parameters other than:
Analog Input scan parameters PV and PVSTS.
all alarm flags such as BADPVFL, PVHHFL, PVHIFL, PVLOFL, PVLLFL, PVROCPTP and
PVROCNTP.
Digital Input scan parameters PVFL and BADPVFL.
Digital Output scan parameters SO and INITREQ.
Change the point mix or scan rate to redistribute or slow down points that read multiple non-scan
I/O Link parameters.
Use Logic points for non-scan I/O input connections that are used by more than one point.
Delete inactive or non-essential points and non-scan input connections that are used by more than
one point.
Contact the Honeywell Technical Assistance Center for additional help if the above recovery actions are
not useful.

Comm/Control Hard failure codes

The following the following table defines the Hard failure codes for both the HPMM Communications
and the Control processors. This table spans numerous pages. Some codes are used for both the
Communications and Control processors where others are unique to an individual processor. The CPU
column in the table indicates Both, Comm, or Control to make the distinction.
Corrective actions are identified by number. The corrective actions are listed in Table 57 HPMM
Corrective Actions.
