Transport Axle Installation
NOTE
The Bearing Inserts are maintenance free and require no
grease.
1. Select a smooth, level area that can be reached by a
hoist or lift truck.
2. Place the Center Frame on supports, approximately
36 inches high and rated for 2,000 lbs. or higher.
3. Place a Bearing Insert into each Bearing half and
attach Transport Axle to Center Frame, using 5/8-11
x 11 1/2" Bolts, Flat Washers, and Locknuts.

4. Install the base end of the 4 X 16 Hydraulic Cylinder
5. Tighten all hardware to the recommended torques.

Linkage at the same time as the Transport Axle
