Slope Trigger
• When slope trigger is selected, trigger occurs when the rise or fall slope value
matches the value in settings.
• Press the TRIG MENU, Press F1 to select the trigger type, then set to slope trigger
using the multi-purpose control.

EXT, EXT/5 Set the external trigger input channel as the signal source

AC Line Set AC line as trigger
PAL Uses PAL format video signals
NTSC Uses NTSC format video signals
SECAM Uses SECAM format video signals
All lines Set the TV line to synchronise with trigger
Specified Set synchronised trigger on the specified line and adjust by
lines turning the multifunction control on the front panel
Odd field Set video odd field to synchronised trigger
Even field Set video even field to synchronised trigger

Triggers with falling slope
Triggers with rising slope
When slew rate setting is smaller than signal slew rate, trigger occurs
When slew rate setting is greater than signal slew rate, trigger occurs
When slew rate setting is equal to signal slew rate, trigger occurs
Use the multi-purpose control to set time, the slew rate shown
on bottom of the screen also changes
