Symptom
Communication problems or incorrect
information sent to Nanoduct Lab
Report or printer.
Data appears to be missing or
corrupted when reviewing Recall
Reading.
Date and time revert to
"2000-01-01 00:00"
each time the Nanoduct is turned on.
Probable Causes / Possible Solutions
Probable Causes:
Communication settings are not correct.
Damaged communication cable.
Nanoduct hardware or software problem.
Possible Solutions:
Check RS-232 communication settings on the computer or printer.
Inspect the communication cable and replace if necessary.
Restart Lab Report software, printer, or computer and retransmit the
data.
Reset the Nanoduct and retransmit the data.*
Repeat the sweat test one time.†
Probable Causes:
Potential malfunction with the Nanoduct.
Possible Solutions:
Reset the Nanoduct.*
Retry recalling the information or exporting it to a printer or
Nanoduct Lab Report.

Internal clock battery is dead.
