Thread and load a tape as follows:
1. Make sure the power switch on the drive is set to 1 (on).
2. Press the center button on the face of the supply-reel hub.
3. Mount the supply reel onto the hub so that the reel is seated on the
bottom flange. Secure the reel by pressing the periphery of the hub face
to latch the reel.
4. Thread the tape through the tape path, as shown in Figure 3-17.
