10 REAR WHEELS/FRONT CASTERS
Removing Front Caster
1. Note mounting position
1. Remove the mounting bolt (A), axle spacers (B) and locknut (C)
that secure the front caster (D) to the fork (E).
2. Remove the caster from the fork.
Installing Front Caster
1. Secure the front caster (D) to the caster mounting position noted
in STEP 1 with mounting bolt (A), axle spacers (B), and locknut (C).
2. Ensure fork stem is perpendicular to the flat surface. Refer to
Removing/Installing the Caster Assemblies on page 90.
10.6 Replacing the Sector Block
 For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 7 on page 91.
To install the sector block, reverse this procedure.
1. Remove the mounting screw (A) securing the existing sector block (B) to the wheel chair frame (C).
2. Remove the existing sector block from the wheelchair frame.
3. Secure new sector block to wheelchair with mounting screw. Tighten securely.
