8.2Replacing Heel Loop Strap

For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 3.
1. Disconnect the hook portion of the heel loop strap (A) from the
loop portion of the heel loop strap.
2. Remove the heel loop strap from around the lower footrest (B).
3. Remove the mounting screw (C) and mounting pin (D).
4. Secure new heel loop strap on footplate with mounting screw and
mounting pin.
5. Wrap heel loop strap around lower footrest.
6. Attach hook portion of the heel loop strap to the loop portion of
the heel loop strap.
8.3 Installing Impact Guards/Calf Strap

For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 4.
1. Remove impact guard (A)/calf strap (B) from packaged container if
not already secured to the front rigging (C).
2. Secure the impact guards around the front rigging.
3. Secure the optional calf strap around the footrest frame (with the
impact guards attached).
