Tip Strip: Number of crank pulses per rotation

tooth which is retarded from the midpoint between two evenly spaced crank teeth. A retarded Plus1 tooth
should be retarded from the mid-point by approximately ¼ of the normal tooth spacing. This parameter is
only applicable for Plus1 pattern types.
