6. Remove the MMI circuit board.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Only touch the edges of the circuit
board. Never touch the card's
components and pin terminals.
7. Fit a new MMI circuit board. Carefully
bend away the snap fasteners to facilitate
inserting the MMI circuit board.
8. Assemble the cables for the stop button's
microswitch and keypad.
9. Fit the MMI cable and the buzzer cable.
10. Put the main switch in position 1 and
connect the mower to Autocheck to
program the MMI circuit board. See "4.3.4
Programming" on page 46.
11. Fit the display cover. See "5.2.4 Assembling
the chassis, display cover and body" on
page 55.
12. Assemble the body. See "5.2.4 Assembling
the chassis, display cover and body" on
page 55.

5.11 Replacing the keypad

1. Disassemble the body. See "5.2.1
Disassembling the body" on page 54.
2. Remove the display cover. See "5.2.2
Disassembling the display cover" on
page 54.
3. Disconnect the cable to the keypad from
the MMI circuit board.
4. Remove the MMI circuit board by carefully
bending the two snap fasteners and
simultaneously lifting the MMI circuit board
in the edge on which the snap fasteners
are located.
5. Pull off the keypad and thread the cable out
through the hole.

6. Remove the protective film from the new
keypad and then press it onto the display
cover. Remember to thread the cable
through the hole in the display cover.
Make sure you press the keypad carefully
and firmly into position. There must not be
any loose corners or air bubbles as this can
cause dirt and moisture to enter under the
keypad.
Ensure that the cable to the display circuit
board is connected in the right direction. If
the cable is incorrectly connected the buttons
will not correspond with the menu functions.
7. Fit the MMI circuit board. Carefully bend
away the snap fasteners to facilitate
assembly.
8. Put the main switch in position 1 and test that
the keypad is working.
9. Fit the display cover. See "5.2.4 Assembling
the chassis, display cover and body" on
page 55.
10. Assemble the body. See "5.2.4 Assembling
the chassis, display cover and body" on
page 55.
5.12 Cleaning or Replacing the
Ventilation Filter
1. Dismantle the body. Refer to "5.2.1
Disassembling the body" on page 54
2. Dismantle the display cover. Refer to "5.2.4
Assembling the chassis, display cover and
body" on page 55.
3. Dismantle the ventilation filter bracket.
