5.22 Replacing the Husqvarna
front rubber dampers
1. Disassemble the body. See "5.2.1
Disassembling the body" on page 54.
2. Unscrew the four screws (Torx 20) that
secure the front bumper to the body.
3. Lift out the two lifting columns on the body.
4. Unscrew the two screws (Torx 25) that
secure the rubber dampers in the lifting
columns.
5. Fit new rubber dampers in the lifting
columns. Always replace both dampers at
the same time.
6. Fit the lifting columns in the body.
7. Fit the front bumper to the body.
NOTE! Check that the front snap-on
fasteners on the front bumper fit into the
grooves in the body.
Tips! On the m/2011, it helps to pull down
the lifting columns while the front bumper
is fitted.
8. Assemble the body. See "5.2.4 Assembling
the chassis, display cover and body" on
page 55.

5.23 Replacing the GARDENA front
rubber dampers
NOTE! When disassembling the body's components,
it is normal that the GARDENA plate is damaged and
therefore needs to be replaced when assembling. If
handled very carefully, it may be possible to reuse the
GARDENA plate.
1. Disassemble the body. See "5.2.1
Disassembling the body" on page 54.
2. Remove the adhesive GARDENA plate from
the body. Use a knife to prise off the plate.
3. Unscrew the two screws (Torx 20) holding the
plate holder to the body and remove the plate
holder.
4. Remove the silver-coated frame which is
secured to the body by snap-on fasteners.
5. Lift out the two lifting columns from the body.
6. Unscrew the two screws (Torx 25) which
secure the rubber dampers to the lifting
columns.
7. Fit the new rubber dampers to the lifting
columns. Always replace both dampers
simultaneously.
8. Fit the lifting columns in the body.
9. Attach the silver-coated frame.
10. Fit the plate holder.
11. Attach a new adhesive GARDENA plate.
12. Assemble the body. See "5.2.4 Assembling
the chassis, display cover and body" on
page 55.
