6. TROUBLESHOOTING
The boundary wire
connections to the charging
station are crossed.
The working area slopes too
much at the boundary wire.
The boundary wire is laid in
the wrong direction around
an island.
Disturbances from
magnetic objects (fences,
reinforcement steel) or
buried cables close by.
The mower finds it hard to
block out the signal from an
installation close by.
The robotic lawnmower has
got caught in something.
The robotic lawnmower is
stuck behind a number of
obstacles.
One of the body's
attachments has come loose
The lift sensor has been
activated due to the mower
getting stuck.
The cabling to the front
sensor card is defective or
has come loose
The magnet is inverted or
missing.
The lift sensor card is
defective.
The robotic lawnmower has
got caught in something.
Check that the boundary wire is
connected correctly. See Connecting
the boundary wire in the Operator's
Manual.
Check that the boundary wire
has been laid according to the
instructions in chapter 3 Installation in
the Operator's Manual.
Check that the boundary wire
has been laid according to the
instructions in chapter "3.2.1 Laying
the boundary wire" on page 28.
Try moving the boundary wire and/
or creating additional islands in the
working area.
Park the robotic lawnmower in the
charging station and generate a new
loop signal using the New loop signal
function.
Free the robotic lawnmower and
rectify the reason for it becoming
trapped.
Check if there are any obstacles
which make it hard for the robotic
lawnmower to move away from this
place.
Check that the body is properly
secured in the front and rear rubber
dampers.
Free the robotic lawnmower and
rectify the reason for it becoming
caught.
Check that the cabling is properly
connected and that there is no
damage to the cabling or its
connector.
Check that the magnet is correctly
mounted. See "5.1.5 Magnets for
sensors" on page 52.
Check the lift sensor. See "Sensors
(5-1-4)" on page 23.
Free the mower and rectify the
reason why it slips. If it is due to wet
grass, wait until the lawn has dried
before using the mower.
