7.3 Service plan

The table below contains a checklist of points and actions to be taken when servicing the mower. Some of the
points must be carried out every three years while others must be done every year. Updated and complete
service plans can be found in Autocheck under Documentation, refer to "4.3.8 Documentation".

7. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Action
Remove body and clean chassis.
Inspect and grease display cover
hinge again.
Inspect ventilation filter and clean
thoroughly with a soft brush.
Open the chassis and change all
chassis sealing strips.
Check tightening torque of chassis
screws.
Inspect blades and blade screws.
Inspect skid plate and skid plate
bearing.
Check rear wheel bearings by turning
the rear wheel.
Inspect condition of front and rear
wheels.
Inspect condition of rubber dampers.
Check mobility and condition of both
front lifting columns.
Clean the inner space for the rear
wheel attachment.

Refer to "5.2.1 Disassembling the body"
Refer to "5.12 Cleaning or Replacing the
Ventilation Filter"
Refer to "5.2 Disassembling and assembling
the robotic lawnmower"
Refer to "5.2.4 Assembling the chassis,
display cover and body" for screw location
and "5.26 Screw fasteners" correct tightening
torque.
Applies to models with skid plate only. Check
that the skid plate can rotate freely.
It is normal that a new wheel is difficult to
rotate, this is something that does not need
rectifying. However, the ball bearing must be
renewed if the wheel does not rotate at all or if
the ball bearing gives off a noise.
Make sure there are no cracks and that the
rubber dampers are not deformed. Refer to
"5.20 Replacing the rear wheel bearings" and
"5.22 Replacing the Husqvarna front rubber
dampers" or "5.23 Replacing the GARDENA
front rubber dampers".
Make sure the collision columns can move
freely and spring back.
Refer to "5.7 Replacing charging strips" for
dismantling the rear wheel bracket. Remove
any grass and dirt from inside the bracket.
