Scopia XT Camera Switch
Avaya Scopia XT Camera Switch enables all the endpoints of Avaya Scopia XT5000 or XT7000
Series to replace a single HD camera with up to four HD Cameras or four generic HDMI devices
(such as DVD and generic media players). The Avaya Scopia XT Camera Switch is fully powered
and controlled from the Avaya Scopia XT5000 or XT7000 Series. The switch can be controlled
from XT User Interface and Remote Control.
When connecting a Scopia XT Camera Switch to an XT7000 Series, please note that the HDMI
cable of the switch must be connected to the HD2 CAM input of the XT, to extend the XT7000 HD
camera up to five units (main HD1 camera plus 4 additional cameras connected using HD2).

When connecting a Scopia XT Camera Switch to a Scopia XT7000 Series, use
the HD2 CAM input of XT to plug the HDMI cable. HD1 Cam input on XT7000 is
used as main camera (HD1). HD Cameras on the switch are numbered starting
from HD2 (HD2- HD5 corresponds to cameras 1..4 of the switch) and must be
cascaded using crossed VISCA cables in this order (XT HD1 camera, then
camera 1... camera 4 on the switch).
