Recording Audio Messages
When a recording is started or stopped, an audio message is played to alert the local and remote
users about the recording status.
This version allows personalizing such 'Start/Stop Recording' audio messages using the XT web
browser.
In WEB > Administrator Settings > System > Customization > Custom Messages, you can:

'ok/menu' key: play/pause
'right' key(hold): FFx1, FFx2 (after 2 secs)
'left' key (hold): RWx1, RWx2 (after 2 secs)
'back/undo' key: stops playback and exit
The panel is automatically hidden when playing, after 10 seconds. Press any key to show
the panel again.
Press 'Present' to share a playback file in a call.

The same actions are available also using XTE's keyboard.
Download the standard/customized start/stop message, and play it in the PC.
Choose a new audio file to customize the message. Many audio file formats are
supported, for instance mp3, m4a, wav, wma.
Choose reset to restore the default message.
Press Save when done.
Important
o
Max audio message length is 15 seconds. Longer messages will be truncated.
o
Customized audio messages are lost in recovery mode upgrades.
