Screen Link/Mobile Link Acoustic Pairing

You can verify if the Acoustic pairing is affected by interfering sounds generated
by the ambient (for instance by monitors or fire detection devices).
o
In Configure>System Status> Diagnostics>I/O connections>Audio>Tests check
the level of the Sonic Performance (acoustic pairing) meter when you are not
generating acoustic signals for pairing. The performance meter (blue bar) should
be not present or low when acoustic generation is idle, and should reach high
performance (full blue bar) during generation of the acoustic signal.
If the performance is high or variable even if the acoustic generation is not
active, the XT might not be able to perform acoustic pairing properly.
Check if there are ultrasonic sources in the room (fans or other devices).
If the performance is low even if the acoustic generation is active, try to
adjust the volume in the Scopia® Desktop application (see previous
section).
