2.2.1 Account Numbers
When you log on there will be one account (your primary site) set
up for use. This will be the account you registered with and is shown
on the grey tabs across the top of the MyEquipment section.
2.2.2 Registered Address
This is found underneath the Account tabs and relates to where the
equipment is registered. This may be different to your invoice
address.
2.2.3 To Change your Registered Address
- Select the
Request change
address information
- Fill in the form provided and press
- Please allow 24hrs for the update to be completed
2.2.4 To Add an Account/Site
This allows you to view different mailrooms under the same login.
To add a Site:
- Select the
+ Add Site
top of the My Equipment section
- Enter the Account Number and Postcode of the account you wish
to add into the boxes provided
- After confirming these details, the site will automatically be
updated and added onto your account.
You can now fully access and manage this account.
Name your accounts to identify between different sites
e.g. .Midlands office
