2.3 Service Request
Engineer Service Request
If you are experiencing problems with your equipment, in this
section you can request an engineer.
To Order an Engineer
- Select the equipment you are experiencing problems with.
- Enter some details of the problem onto the form provided.
- Press
Send Request
You will then be contacted by Neopost who will attempt to resolve
the problem over the phone and/or will make an appointment for an
engineer to attend at your convenience.
2.4 My Supplies
These are machine specific consumables suitable for use with
your machine(s). The product code, a brief description and the
price will be on view for you to choose and order. Please visit the
Shop area to view other items for use with your equipment.
2.4.1 To Order Supplies
- Select the quantity of the item you wish to order by using the drop
down menu on the left.
- Press the ORDER button. The item will then be added to your
Shop basket.
- If necessary you can adjust the quantity of the item you have just
ordered Press the Update button to change the quantity required.
- If you wish to add more items you may do this by returning to your
MyNeopost account or through the Shop area of the site.
- Once you have finished ordering your consumables, check that
you are fully satisfied with your ordered items and that invoices
and deliveries are going to the correct addresses.
