    Your IJ-25 franking machine is engineered to take full advantage of all the features and capabilities of myneopost Online Servi- ces.
  • Page 4 The account lets a user view information about a single mailing system at a time. After installa- tion of your IJ-25 mailing system, follow the instructions below to set up your myneopost login and password. Once activated, you can begin to use your myneopost account.
  • Page 5 After installation of your IJ-25 mailing system, follow the instruc- tions below to set up your My Neopost User ID and password. Once activated, you can begin to use your Online Services account immediately.

  • Page 11 When you are logged into myneopost you will be presented with sections such as My Details and MyEquipment. My Equipment lists Neopost equipment you have registered under an account. To view your activity select your Neopost franking machine and click on MyActivity.
  • Page 12 Customer Profile Click the link to access your account information. Your Customer Profile lists the following information: - Customer Name - Customer Email address – you can edit your email address in the edit box - Suppress Notifications checkbox – select this box if you do not wish to receive emails regarding your Ink Management and Rate Download.

    - Replace UPDATE with CHANGE – last sentence 2.2 My Equipment View and manage all of your Neopost equipment across different locations and sites. Upon login, the MyEquipment section will be open and you can view the equipment(s) you currently use and the serial numbers with a brief description of the component parts of the machine.

    Please note that only equipment with a service contract can be viewed via myneopost 2.2.1 Account Numbers When you log on there will be one account (your primary site) set up for use. This will be the account you registered with and is shown on the grey tabs across the top of the MyEquipment section.

    2.2.6 Equipment Serial Numbers Most equipment sold by Neopost is modular and therefore each item which is sold as part of a complete machine will have an individual serial number and short description for identification purposes.

    - Enter some details of the problem onto the form provided. - Press Send Request You will then be contacted by Neopost who will attempt to resolve the problem over the phone and/or will make an appointment for an engineer to attend at your convenience.

    2.4.2 To Remove an Item Press the symbol next to that item and that product will be removed from your shopping basket. 2.4.3 To Change Delivery/Invoice Address - Select Change which is found to the right of the address you wish to change.

    At a pre-set time (usually between midnight and 5:00 AM), your IJ- 25 mailing system will initiate a call to the myneopost Online Server. For the Usage Reports service, the IJ-25 mailing system automatically connects at the end of each month to upload department and postal category statistics.

    See the appropriate section for details. It is strongly recommended that you leave the IJ-25 mailing system turned on, in sleep mode, and connected to a live analog telephone line during the night, to let the connection to the myneopost Online Server occur automatically.

    4.1 Ink Management Service The Ink Management service for the IJ-25 mailing system monitors for both low ink status and expiration date for the print head. When an ink cartridge needs replacement, the mailing system displays an alert message and initiates a connection to the myneopost Online Server.

  • Page 23: Postal Rates - Downloading A Postal Rate

    The Neopost Online Server schedules an automatic rate download to occur at the appropriate time. The rate download will happen during a regular call to the Neopost Online Server – you do not need to do anything to receive the new rate package.
