You will then be prompted to change your password and to
provide a new one. This password and your email address are
now your permanent myneopost login details.
Once you have completed Registration, you will be directed to the
myneopost homepage where you will be presented with your
account details and equipment lists.

screenshots below.
Myneopost Online Services are included in the purchase of your
Neopost IJ-25 mailing system. Some services however are only
available to customers who have purchased maintenance
contracts. You'll want to set up your account to view information
about your mailing system and access usage report data.
To access your usage reports you need to set up your myneopost
account and then go to My Activity. My Activity lets a user view
information about a single mailing system at a time. My Activity is
only available to customers with a service contract.
After installation of your IJ-25 mailing system, follow the instruc-
tions below to set up your My Neopost User ID and password.
Once activated, you can begin to use your Online Services account
immediately.
