Add Engine Oil:
(1). Open the oil cap.
(2). Fill the specified amount of the recommended engine oil, and then
install and tighten the Oil Cap.
Make certain the generator is on a flat, level surface.
Keep the engine oil level between LOWER LIMIT and
UPPER LIMIT. Too much or too little oil will shorten the
service life of the engine.

The engine is equipped with a low oil sensor that will prevent
the engine from running. If the oil level falls below a critical
threshold, the engine will stop automatically.
When the engine shuts down automatically by the low oil
protection, the LOW OIL LEVEL LED (yellow) will come on, and
unless you re-fill with oil, the engine will not start again.

4.2 FUEL

Gasoline is extremely flammable and explosive under
certain conditions. Do not smoke or allow flames or sparks
where the generator is refueled or where gasoline is stored.
Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine OFF.
DO NOT overfill the fuel tank otherwise it may overflow
when the fuel warms up and expands.
Immediately wipe off spilled fuel with a clean, dry, soft
cloth, since fuel may deteriorate painted surfaces or plastic
parts.
