Basic Troubleshooting
If the process fails, an error message appears and the disk remains in
the FREE DRIVE POOL section. You must replace the applicable disk
with a good disk. For more information, see
Drive. If the REO Appliance continues to report a problem after you
replace the disk, contact Overland Storage Technical Support (for
more information, see
Important:
Make sure that you only remove and replace the disk that is
not functioning correctly (for example, the disk that is identified as
FAILED).
Note the serial number of your REO Appliance, which is located on the
exterior of the appliance.
