Preface The Overland Storage REO 4000™ Disk-Based Backup-and-Recovery Appliance takes the lag time, expense, and burden out of backing up critical data and works seamlessly within current storage environments. The REO Appliance performs faster than traditional disk-based storage methods and serves as a shared network resource by utilizing high- capacity disks, high-speed Ethernet and Internet SCSI (iSCSI) connectivity, and unique software intelligence capability from Overland.
