The main steps involved in configuring the management environment
include:
Entering (or verifying) gateway and Management Port information.
Entering the GbE Data Port information.
Entering Fibre Channel and system information.
Setting up your logon information.
Configuring alerts.
Setting the applicable time zone information.
Connecting the appliance to the application and backup servers, SAN for
the backup servers, or FC.
Connecting Passthrough SCSI devices.
Installing software client drivers or storage adapters for iSCSI or FC
access on systems involved in the backup process.
