Weekly Inspection:
Open A frames to vacuum and blow out any dust.
Inspect projector (if installed) wires for strain relief and security.
Confirm the cooling fans are plugged in/blowing
Clean the projector exhaust fan, lens, vents and mirror (if installed)
Inspect all connections on the Power Box for security.
Inspect the Pitch Signal Ring for proper security.
Inspect the counterweight shaft, worm gear and guide rail for any
apparent wear, damage, or binding.
Inspect the Pitch Power Ring for condition and security.
Inspect left and right key-way bolts (both A-Frames).
Inspect the Up/Down, Canopy and Failsafe Sensors for security and proper
operation.
Inspect all safety-wired bolts for security.
Confirm the Daily Checklist inspections have been complied with
for the past week
Lubricate the unit in accordance with the Lubrication Diagram as needed.
Inspect all bolts and welds on the center weldment, roll hub, bearing
plates and steel seatback plate.
Inspect connections at the motion interface board for security.
