8.7 The gouging function

·When turn on 「ON」 the function of direct
setting or 【 gouging selection 「P01」 】 of the
submenu, the Machine can execute plasma
gouging. When plasma gouging mode is selected,
「 gouging 」LED is lit.
·For plasma gouging, please replace the cutting
tip with gouging specialized parts in advance.
·During the gouging, the monitoring number of
times of the cutting torch and monitoring time of
the cutting torch are calculated as 5 times that of
cutting.

During the cutting, when air pressure exceeds the
recommended ranges, the Product displays
warning. The warning level can be selected.
·The submenu 【out-of-recommended range air
pressure warning setting 「P09」 】 lies in the
setting of 【 air after cutting enable 「0」 】 . When
the air pressure exceeds recommended range
during cutting, 「 air pressure recommended
range 」 LED goes off and the contents
【out-of-recommended range air pressure input
abnormity 「 E41 」 】 and cut-off current are
alternately displayed on digital display window.

· The setting of 【air after cutting enable「1」 】
lies in the submenu 【out-of-recommended range
air pressure warning setting 「P09」 】. When the
air pressure exceeds recommended range during
cutting, 「 air pressure recommended range 」
LED goes off and 【out-of-recommended range
air pressure input abnormity 「 E41 」 】 are
displayed on digital display window, without
output. When air pressure returns to the
recommended range, the machine restores from
alarming status to the normal status.
