number of times setting 「P04 「】 or 【the cutting
torch monitoring time setting 「p05」 】, rotate the
dial to modify the set number of times and
duration as you want, press the DECIDE button
to modify the set value.

8.6.4 Precautions for use
·The detecting grade before shipment status of
the electrode and cutting tip of the cutting torch
on monitoring the service life is made according
to the Company's standard cutting condition.
·According to the actual using condition, there is
a discreteness of the consumption of the
electrode and cutting tip.
·If the cutting capacity reduces obviously before
detection, please replace electrode and cutting tip
as early as possible.
·If the Product has not been used for long time,
please replace the electrode and cutting tip with
new ones before starting up. Use it again after
resetting the cutting torch monitoring function.
· When the gouging selection is "(on)",
monitoring number of times of the cutting torch
and monitoring time of the cutting torch are
calculated as 5 times that of cutting.
·If required to change the settings, please
change the cutting torch monitoring time or
number of times in line with the using condition of
the users.
·When the monitoring number of times and
duration of the cutting torch monitoring are not
reset, the modifying part of the setting on the
remaining number of times and duration can
increase or decrease. If setting is lower than 0
after modifications, the result shows 0.
