enable the machine to prevent the cutting torch from redecing cutting capacity

be enabled. If the confirmation key is long-pressed, the remaining number of
times can be shown when pressing the confirmation key.

cuttings on cutting status is calculated.
When P02 is " ( off ) " , setting can be modified.
The mornitoring of cutting torch on the alarming cutting time can be enabled. If
the confirmation key is long-pressed, the remaining duration can be shown when
pressing the confirmation key.
