3. If you choose Run all plates with this protocol, then select
the pre-defined protocol from the list.
4. (optional) Select the Group all plates in one result check box.
5. In the If reading barcode fails group, select one of the
following options:
Use timestamp as ID if no Plate ID found in the job

list—the system will use a time stamp as Plate ID unless you
enter a Plate ID for the current job
Skip the plate and (optional) select the Activate alarm

check box
Pause system and activate alarm—when the system

pauses, you can then enter a Plate ID
Note: Available options are based on the Run Setup that you
select. Some options might not be available.
6. In the If no job found for the plate group, select one of the
following options:
Skip the plate and (optional) select the Activate alarm

check box
Pause system and activate alarm—when the system

pauses, you can then select a protocol
7. In the When stack is finished group, select one of the
following options:
Restack all plates, select the number of seconds you want

to wait before starting the run again, and select the number
of times you want to repeat the run
Stop and activate alarm

