UL/CSA Version
Open cover door and move fuse pull left.
Select operating voltage by orienting voltage selection
card to position desired voltage on top left side. Push
card firmly into module slot.
Move fuse-pull back into normal position and insert
fuse, using caution to select correct fuse value
