Introduction
WARNING: Before you do any maintenance
work you must read and understand the

Maintenance schedule
* = General maintenance done by the operator. The
instructions are not given in this operator's manual.

Maintenance

Make sure that nuts and screws are tightened.
Make sure that there are no fuel, water or oil leaks.
Clean the product. Refer to
Make sure that the safety devices are not defective. Refer to
devices on the product on page 20 .
Lubricate as shown in the quick maintenance guide. Refer to
maintenance guide on page 41 .
Make sure that the fuel hoses and the couplings are clean and not
damaged.
Make sure that the hoses for the cooling system and the couplings
are clean and not damaged.
Examine the 12 V battery.
Do a check of the electrical connections and cables.
Control the pedal linkage, adjust and grease.
Examine and adjust the brake wire.
Make sure that the cold air intake of the battery cooling system is not
blocked.
Clean the battery cooling system.
Examine the connections of the 48 V batteries. Make sure that the
48 V batteries are not loose.
Check and update the product to the newest software.
Do a check of the tension of the PTO belts and make sure the belts
are not worn.
Replace the PTO belts.
Hydraulic system
Make sure that the hydraulic hoses and the hydraulic couplings are
clean and not damaged.
Do a check of the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank.

Note: If more than one time interval is identified in the
table, the shortest time interval is for the first
maintenance only.
