Maintenance
Replace the hydraulic oil filter.
Replace the hydraulic oil.
Engine
Make sure that the cold air intake of the engine is not blocked.
Do a check of the coolant level.
Replace the coolant.
Do a check of the engine oil level.
Replace the engine oil and oil filter.
Clean the air filter.
Replace the air filter.
Replace the primary fuel filter and prefilter.
Replace the alternator belt
Cutting deck
Clean the cutting deck, below the belt covers and below the cutting
deck.
Examine the cutting deck for damages.
Examine the blades in the cutting deck. Refer to
blades on page 52 and To examine the blades on page 53 .
Replace the blades.
Examine the belt of the cutting deck for damages.
Replace the belt of the cutting deck.
Do a check of the oil and oil level in the bevel gear.
Replace the oil in the bevel gear.
Do a check of the parallelism of the cutting deck.
Wheels and transmissions
Examine and tighten the wheel nuts with the correct torque (84 Nm).
Make sure that the tire pressure is correct (1.5 bar).
Replace the oil in the transmissions.
Do a check of the oil in the transmissions. Clean the magnetic plug,
if applicable.
To reset the service indicator
Note: The service indicator is comes on after 50, 200,
400 and 800 hours.

3. Pull the PTO button out.
4. Apply and release the manual parking brake 10
times in less than 30 seconds.
