Troubleshoot the Source 4WRD Color

The following error codes may be seen on the Source 4WRD Color user
interface. For more troubleshooting assistance, see
Technical Services on page 2
OtP
: Screen toggles between

fixture has gone into over-temperature protection mode to avoid
damaging the fixture. Once the fixture has self-cooled, any preset
or sequence will resume automatically. If you are using DMX, set
the intensity to 0 to clear the error.

Verify that all cables are fully seated and that power is applied to

If a working Source 4WRD Color is available, exchange the

Source 4WRD Color with the working Source 4WRD Color to
further isolate any issues.

Restore Factory Defaults

1. Remove power from the fixture.
2. Press and hold the Up button and Down button simultaneously
while restoring power.
