Procedure when tensioning the cog belt:
1. Loosen nuts and bolts (A).
2. Tighten cog belt by tightening bolt (B) and check the belt deflection as per decal N175.
3. Tighten nuts and bolts (A).

6.12.1. Cleaning method of belt and rollers
NOTE:
Check conveyor belts condition once per hour of operating. In the event of
finding bulges caused by rolling the grass onto rollers, clean it with use of
lever and remove the grass. Using conveyors with bulged belts may lead to
their premature wearing.
Conveyor belts are not subject to warranty.
1. In order to clean roller switch lever D when rotating belt to 1 and hold down until bulges
disappear (Fig. 39). This should also be performed from the other side of conveyor if necessary.
