I/O signal list

Signals are input or output by using physical terminals (for the SBC function only) or via safety communication.

OFF (0): SLS1 function enabled.

OFF (0): SLS2 function enabled.
ON (1): SLS2 function disabled.
OFF (0): SLS3 function enabled.
ON (1): SLS3 function disabled.
OFF (0): SLS4 function enabled.
ON (1): SLS4 function disabled.
