Hitch Lock Kit (Optional) - Landoll Brillion XXL184 Operator's Manual

Spade Hitches:
Remove the Safety Chain and set aside.
Insert the Hitch Lock Up Channel into the Drawbar and line up bolt holes.
Insert 2-3/4" bolt into the righthand hole, thread Lock Nut on. Do Not fully tighten at this time.
Insert 4-1/2" bolt into the lefthand hole, slide four 1in Narrow Flat Washers over the bolt, then
Safety Chain, thread Lock Nut on. Do Not fully tighten at this time.
Position one 1-1/2 Flat Washer and one 1.56 x 3.5 x .75 Washer between the Hitch Lock Up Channel
and Hitch.
Position three 1-1/2 Flat Washers and two 1.56 x 3.5 x .75 Washers into the clevis end of the Hitch.
Insert Drilled Bolt up through the Hitch Lock Up Channel, Washers and Hitch.
Thread Slotted Nut onto Drilled Bolt, tighten and align drilled hole and nut, insert 5/16 x 3 Cotter Pin and spread fully.
Tighten all hardware.
To adjust angle of hitch, move washers from bottom to top or vice versa.
