3.3.1 ORIENTATION & LOCATION
• The PF2200 enclosure shall be mounted upright in such a way that the screen is clearly visible
and the keypad is easy to access. Recommended height of 1.5m (5ft) above ground.
Adequate space must be given such that the enclosure door can open during maintenance /
•
commissioning.
Enclosure should be mounted to minimize run-lengths to valve train (solenoids), burner
•
assembly (ignition coil/rod and flame detect rod) and thermocouple elements.
When wiring ignition and flame detection circuits, the wire length between the ignition coil and
•
pilot should be no more than 5m (15ft). The longer the run length the less energy delivered
when sparking.
The PF2200 should be mounted in such a way to avoid direct sunlight exposure to the screen.
•
Extended UV exposure may compromise viewability.
