Vi sually check the guard rail welds to see that none
is cracked nor ground down.

Flashing Light (option)

Vi sually check the op tional flash ing light, to see
that the light flashes at ap prox i mately one (1) flash
per sec ond when the mo tor key switch is turned on.
Be fore pro ceed ing with the next sec tion of the
daily in spec tion you will need to start the en gine
and set the sta bi lis ers. Re fer to the 'Op er a tion'
chap ter fi you need as sis tance with this.

7. Daily Inspection and Maintenance
With the Ground/Platform Selector
ground:
Check that each of the platform moving switches
(
through to
MHP15/44 V3 to move the way it should.
Check both po si tions of each switch.
For cor rect op er at ing pro ce dures see the "Op er a -
tion" chap ter 8.
NOTE
Pay particular attention to the Emergency Stop
switch
to see that it turns the MHP13/35 /
MHP15/44 V3 engine off when the red button is
struck.

Emergency Lower

Lower control position

With the booms raised open the Emergency
Lower Valves on each boom.
IMPORTANT
For cor rect emer gency low er ing op er at ing
pro ce dures see
chap ter 9.
Do not attempt to perform a test of the
Emergency Lower procedure unless you
have read and are familiar with the
procedure detailed in the Emergency
Operation chapter.
