hoses for signs of dam age from chaff ing or rub bing
against pro tru sions on the chas sis.

Vi sually in spect all fas ten ers to see that none is
miss ing or ob vi ously loose.

Crit i cal pin re tainer bolts have lock tab wash ers fit -
ted, they should all be pres ent and not dam aged in
any way.

7. Daily Inspection and Maintenance
Pay par tic u lar at ten tion to all of the wheel nuts and
bolts. None should be vis i bly loose, miss ing, or de -
formed.
Also in spect the wheel rim to en sure that it is not
dam aged or de formed, es pe cially check ing the re -
cess where the wheel nuts are seated.
Do not over tighten wheel nuts. Over
tightened wheel nuts can damage or deform
the wheel rim. This can lead to stability and
handling problems when towing.
IMPORTANT
The correct torque setting for the MHP13/35 /
MHP15/44 V3 wheel nuts is 95.5 lb ft or 130
Nm. Do not tighten beyond these settings

Wheels and Tyres

The MHP13/35 / MHP15/44 V3 re lies on it's tyres
for tow ing sta bil ity.

cause a blow out.
