Fill the tank completely with oil. Wait a
few minutes and top up.
5.
Turn the wheels by hand and top up.
6.
Make sure that the clutch control valves
are closed.
7.
Start the engine and idle, top up.
8.
Release the parking brake and actuate the
forward and reverse pedals 4 x 5 seconds,
top up.
9.
Increase the engine speed to operating
speed and actuate the forward and
reverse pedals 4 x 5 seconds, top up.
10. Lower the engine speed to idling, no
actuation of the pedals.
11. Open both the clutch control valves for a
few seconds and close them.
12. Increase the engine speed to operating
speed and actuate the forward and
reverse pedals. Check that the wheels
react without delay.
13. Lower and test drive the machine.
14. Adjust the level in the hydraulic tank.
15. Replace the transmission cover.
