When I boot up the phone and go to factory default it asks for a password. It will not accept the password on the bottom of the phone. Is there another way to factory default?

To factory reset the Grandstream Networks GRP2615 phone using the LCD menu, follow these steps:

1. Press the MENU button on the phone.
2. Select "System" and press Enter.
3. Select "Operations → Factory Reset".
4. A warning window will appear. Press the "Yes" softkey to confirm the reset.

This will delete all configuration information and reboot the phone. Make sure to back up any settings before performing the reset.
