CAUTION!
Risk of injury through tripping over hoses and cables!
Hoses and cables are slipping and tripping hazards. A fall can cause injuries.
Note:
Always pay attention to hoses and cables in the working environment.
Install cables outside of the work area in a designated cable conduit.
Mark tripping hazards with black-yellow marking tape.

General installation information

Adhere to the following general information for installation:
n
Only carry out installation and commissioning in accordance with the steps described in this
operating manual.
n
Ensure that the hose lines that are used fulfil the requirements with respect to pressure,
chemical, and mechanical loads.
n
Depending on the design of the hand-held spray gun, reduce the supply air to max. 4 bar
(HV3 and if using suction and flow pressure cups) or max. 12 bar by installing a pressure reg-
ulator.
n
Make sure that the connected compressed air is oil-free and free from solid matter.
n
Operate the hand-held spray gun with processed, dried compressed air (air quality pursuant
to DIN ISO 8573-1: quality class 4).
