Water pump sprocket shaft bearing -2-
- Remove the ball bearing from the water pump sprocket shaft using a bearing
extractor (maximum diameter 10 mm) from the inside of the clutch cover.
- Place the new ball bearing in the clutch cover housing. The closed side of the
bearing must be orientated towards the outside of the housing opening.
- Press on the bearing until it is fully encased in the clutch cover housing.

Kick-start shaft seal -1-

- Fit the new kick-start shaft seal to the clutch cover housing. The sealing lip
must be orientated towards the outside of the clutch cover.
- Press on the seal with a pusher until it is fully encased in the clutch cover
housing.
