11. TERMS OF GUARANTEE
1. Guarantee starts with the delivery of product and is valid for the next 2 years.
2. All parts of the product are under the guarantee of our company.
3. In case, product is failed to operate during guarantee period, repair time is added on the guarantee period. The
maximum duration for repair is 30 working day. Repair time starts when the fault of product is declared to technical service,
or in the case that technical service is not available to one of the following entity such as, retailer, dealer, agency, distributor,
importer, or producer. If the fault of the product is not fixed in 15 days, producer or importer have to provide a different
product which has similar features to the customer until the broken one is repaired.
4. If the product is failed due to material, workmanship or assembling faults, it is repaired without requesting any fee for
labor, replaced part or any other item.
5. In case customer has applied for repair and,
5.1 The product is failed due to same fault more than twice or different faults more than four times within a year or, the
product is broken down due to different reasons for more than six times in the defined guarantee period; and these failures
restricts the utilization of product,
5.2 The maximum time for repair is exceeded
5.3 The report prepared by technical service, or in the case that service is not available the entities in the order of retailer,
dealer, agency, distributor, importer or producer shall be required for the repair.
